When you use ImportBrain, you must not:
- store personal data about other people, such as customers or suppliers, without a lawful basis under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843);
- resell, rent or share access to ImportBrain with anyone outside your business;
- use ImportBrain to plan or record the import of prohibited goods, or to evade customs duties or taxes;
- try to access other businesses' data or parts of the service you are not allowed to use;
- upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- scrape or copy the service, or use automated tools against it without our written permission.
If this policy is broken
We may remove the content concerned, suspend the account or close it, depending on how serious the breach is. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
